Lead Registered Nurse IV & Wellness

Responsibilities
This role involves both administrative and clinical duties. Administrative duties include managing a team of Hyper Wellness nurses, attending corporate led monthly nurse calls, disseminating policy updates, overseeing medical supplies, and assessing nursing staff. Clinical duties include administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, educating clients, and utilizing blood test offerings to help clients optimize their wellness.
- Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections to deliver our menu of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants
- Educate clients on the qualities and benefits of our IV Drips and Intramuscular Injection ingredients
- Administer Mild Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
- Sell memberships and medical services, based on client needs
- Documenting client visits through the use of electronic medical records
- Address and answer client questions using the Restore’s nursing resources
- Communicate to the medical compliance team any issues or adverse effects that clients experience
- Assisting the manager in medical team hiring or firing
- Provide therapeutic communication along with exceptional customer service
- Assist staff with other studio services
- Participating in community outreach, concierge nursing events, and special projects
Requirements
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, surgery centers, L&D, Med-Surg, ICU)
- At least one year of experience administering injections
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
- Comfortable AND proficient using electronic medical records to document client details
- Maintain a non-judgemental outlook and have a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse clientele
- Verbal and written communication skills are on point
- Value ethics and integrity
- Embrace a team environment and also excel at working independently
- Willing to adhere to all policies and procedures and understand the importance of maintaining medical compliance
