Avante Health is seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Seattle, WA.
About the role
The Lead Recruiter will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies that align with Avante Health’s mission and values. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, market trends, and the ability to develop and execute targeted hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various disciplines.
- Conduct thorough research on target markets and industries to identify potential candidates and tailor job postings accordingly.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a high-quality hire process.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand organizational needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain open communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or a similar fast-paced industry.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in complex roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare recruitment preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
