Lead Recreation Attendant - Hilton Waikoloa Village
Responsibilities
- Supervise recreation operations: Oversee recreation-related pool, fitness center, and food & beverage services, activities, and programming
- Lead the recreation team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members
- Oversee recreation set up: Manage chair and cabana setup, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities; oversee furniture setup for special events
- Deliver exceptional service: Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory and supplies: Oversee linen, amenities, and food & beverage inventory to ensure proper stock levels and minimize loss
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing
Qualifications
- 1 year customer service background in a fast paced environment ideal
- A service heart to deliver a high level of service to our guests and team members
- Ability to work outdoors during any season climate
About the Role

Shift Pattern: 10-hour shift (Schedule shell: 7:00am - 8:00pm) 4 days a week that would include weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
