Lead Receiver - Retail

Role Overview: This position involves efficiently and accurately checking all vendor deliveries, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting store operations to maximize financial performance. Additional duties include processing merchandise, verifying invoices, managing spoiled or damaged products, maintaining receiving records, and ensuring a clean, organized department. The role also requires effective communication with management regarding any issues and adherence to safety, security, and food safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities Follow procedures for vendor check-in/check-outReceive merchandise, verify invoices, and process credits accuratelyReport issues affecting store or vendor integrityHandle stock, damaged products, and maintain recordsAssist customers with product location knowledgeMaintain a clean, well-stocked environment and adhere to safety policiesSupport other departments as needed Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read, write, and interpret documentsBasic math skills and product knowledgeDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills Physical & Environmental Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally, stand and walk for extended periods, and work in varied temperatures and conditions.
