Lead ReactJS Developer (Only W2)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React JS, TypeScript, and JavaScript to join our team. You will be responsible for developing responsive and scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing UI components for maximum speed and scalability. This is an on-site opportunity suited for candidates located locally, with availability for in-person interviews.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency with React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Hands-on experience building responsive UIs using Bootstrap or similar frameworks
• Strong knowledge of Redux, including Redux Saga, Redux Thunk, or useQuery hooks
• Solid understanding of module bundlers such as Webpack
• Experience with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in unit testing using frameworks like Jest or Karma
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or Bitbucket
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and gather business and technical requirements effectively

Responsibilities

• Develop new user-facing features and reusable UI components
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Collaborate closely with backend developers and QA teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide production support as needed
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of engineering best practices
