Job Summary

As a Lead Radiologic Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll play an imperative role in guiding a team that delivers safe, accurate, and patient-centered imaging every day. You'll mentor technologists, optimize workflows, and ensure the team has the tools and support to perform with confidence.

Qualifications

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (ARRT-R)

  • Radiography (RT)

  • Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer

  • Associate Degree

What You Will Do

Leading the imaging team and mentoring technologists to deliver safe, high-quality patient care
Guiding patients through imaging procedures with compassion, comfort, and confidence
Operating advanced radiography equipment and administering contrast media while ensuring radiation safety
Maintaining and calibrating instruments, supplies, and equipment for accurate and efficient imaging
Collaborating with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support smooth workflows and excellent patient outcomes
