Lead Radiologic Tech, WEO

Responsibilities

• Performs and supervises modality daily operations and provides leadership relative to the assigned area.
• Provides 70% patient care and 30% supervisory functions.
• Promotes and advocates imaging services by staying updated on the latest technological advancements and equipment.
• Ensures accreditation standards are maintained and performs various tasks related to MRI equipment and other relevant devices.
• Works closely with department managers to ensure adequate staffing for 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited hospital-based training program.
• Required 3 years of technical experience.
• Required leadership experience in personnel management.
• Required licenses and certifications: ARDMS or ARRT - Radiographer, Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists with certification in radiography; BCLS - Basic Life Support.
