Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Lead Radar Signal Processing Systems Engineer. In this role, you will contribute to design, analysis, testing, and requirements verification of high-performance Radar Signal Processor systems.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
- 9+ years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with requirements development and performance analysis
- Experience with algorithm development
- Experience with Radar and Radar Signal Processing
- Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance
- This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Pay
The base range for this position in New Jersey is $110,500 - $198,422.
Schedule
- 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
- Onsite full-time at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed.
