Lead Quality Control

About the role

The Lead - Quality Control oversees a warehouse team responsible for maintaining rental equipment for flawless event execution. This role supports the Audio Visual and Event Technology team and works in-person in Las Vegas.

Responsibilities

• Daily oversight of quality control and technical service staff
• Daily oversight and participation of physical checks of rental equipment
• Daily oversight and participation of the intake and staging of outbound equipment
• Daily oversight and participation of the qualification and processing of inbound damaged equipment
• Oversee a small stock of repair parts, accessories, and ancillaries
• Collaborate and accelerate innovations in QC tooling, practices, and execution
• Aid in training and development of warehouse staff
• Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures
• Perform regular quality audits
• Provide recommendations on capital expenditure and planning
• Promote teamwork and communication
• Assist other departments as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in event production or warehouse operations
