Bootcamp Training

Every new team member — regardless of experience level — goes through our comprehensive bootcamp training program. You'll receive hands-on training in:

• QA methodologies and test automation frameworks used across all client projects
• Webflow testing procedures and component validation workflows
• GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow testing and automation verification
• Cross-browser and cross-device testing standards and tooling
• Med spa booking flow validation and patient journey testing
• Internal quality standards, documentation practices, and release protocols

Hands-on from week one.

Who We're Looking For

Desired Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Quality Assurance / Software Testing, or a related technical discipline.

Requirements

• Experience with manual and automated testing across web applications
• Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing
• Knowledge of web accessibility testing (WCAG standards)
• Experience with API testing and validation

• Meticulous attention to detail with a zero-tolerance approach to bugs reaching production
• Systematic and process-oriented — you build repeatable, documented workflows
• Strong communication skills for clear, actionable bug reporting
• Proactive problem identifier who catches issues before they escalate

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA testing frameworks for all client and internal projects
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across websites and funnels
• Automate repetitive testing processes to increase team efficiency
• Validate booking flows and payment integrations for med spa client sites
• Test cross-browser and cross-device compatibility on all deliverables
• Manage bug tracking and resolution workflows using project management tools
• Conduct code reviews from a QA perspective to catch issues early
• Establish QA best practices and maintain testing documentation
• Coordinate with the development team on release schedules and deployment gates
• Test email and SMS automation workflows built in GoHighLevel
• Validate analytics tracking implementation (GA4, GTM, conversion pixels)
