Lead Qualified Success Architect

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
• Interface with Enterprise Architects to outline optimal technical architecture
• Document technical requirements for a Qualified Data Model aligned to business objectives
• Establish consultative relationships with client business units
• Provide coaching and education on Conversational Marketing
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with stakeholders
• Identify successful customers to create case studies and testimonials
• Engage in product discussions, providing actionable customer insights
• Analyze customer health scores to meet renewal targets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation and writing skills
• Deep working knowledge of the company CRM
• Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
• Knowledge in web/scripting technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and SaaS applications
• Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on technical solutions
• Bachelor's degree required
