Lead QA Tester with Health and Human Services Experience

Qualifications

• 84 months of experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, cross-functional teams, integrated systems or applications, formal project governance, and multiple testing phases.
• Experience must include two (2) or more years in a leadership role as a Testing Analyst that includes preparing documentation, reviews, and approvals of test results from key stakeholders using industry standard methods.
• 84 months of client-focused quality assurance managing testing across multiple enterprise-level projects that are mission-critical, highly visible to executive leadership or external stakeholders, have significant organizational or public impact, involve multiple business units or agencies, and require coordination across complex functional domains within a matrix organization.
• 60 months of experience developing test plans, test cases, tracking defects, and developing automated tests, preferably in a software development environment.
• 60 months of experience with tools such as Jira, Jira-related plug-ins, or Application Lifecycle Management/Quality Center as the defect tracking and test planning tools.
• 60 months of experience with configuring automated testing using tools such as Selenium or Katalon Studio or related tools.
• 36 months of experience leading and managing functional test planning and test execution activities with a focus on the Health and Human Services domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in Information Technology or related fields.
