Job Description
Lead the execution of high-voltage transmission line and substation projects from initiation through closeout.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and overall financial performance.
Oversee projects involving 69kV, 115kV, 138kV, 161kV, 230kV, 345kV, and 500kV infrastructure.
Serve as the primary point of contact for utility, renewable energy, industrial, and EPC clients.
Develop project execution strategies and resource plans for multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience managing electric utility transmission and substation projects.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects within utility, EPC, or engineering consulting environments.
- Experience managing projects ranging from 69kV-500kV.
- Strong knowledge of transmission line and substation engineering, construction, and utility operations.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and client communications.
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams.
- Strong understanding of contract administration and change management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
