About the role
This role will support financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial performance of a portfolio of projects across multiple clients and contracts
- Lead monthly EAC reviews and forecasting activities
- Challenge assumptions and identify emerging financial risks and opportunities
- Develop executive-level explanations for revenue, margin, cost, and utilization variances
- Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning
- Review project financial structures and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies
- Serve as the primary finance contact for engagement leaders and project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
- 6-10 years of project finance, FP&A, government contracting, consulting finance, or comparable experience
- Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, project accounting, and financial controls
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional discussions and influence stakeholders
- Experience managing complex project portfolios and mentoring staff

Pay
$98,000 – $163,000 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
