About the role

Mphasis is seeking a skilled AI ML Data Engineer for our Sunnyvale, CA location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience as a data engineer with a focus on AI and ML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
• Proficiency in BI concepts and implementation experience on Cloud with Snowflake
• Programming experience in building high-quality software with at least one of the following programming languages - Python, Scala or Java
• Knowledge of Database Management systems, both relational (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience in Data Visualization Tools – Tableau
• Experience in Data Integration and ETL tools, such as Talend, Informatica
• Experience in Machine Learning, with emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
• Familiarity with AI ML frameworks and libraries

• Snowflake and Python or Scala or Java - Advanced
• SQL, No SQL database, Hadoop, Spark – Advanced
• ETL Tools, Informatica – Advanced
• Tableau – Intermediate
• Data Integration and ETL tools – Advanced
