  • Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path activities, analyze schedule impacts, and recommend recovery plans to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare schedule metrics, variance analysis, and executive-level reports to support program reviews and customer meetings.
  • Ensure schedule integrity by maintaining accurate logic, resource loading, milestone tracking, and baseline management.
  • Support proposal development by creating compliant schedules for customer bids and new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate schedule updates across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and other functional organizations.
  • Perform schedule risk assessments, what-if analyses, and scenario planning to support program execution and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal scheduling processes and applicable customer or government contractual requirements.
  • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), program audits, and customer schedule reviews as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of program scheduling or project controls experience supporting complex engineering, manufacturing, or defense programs.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for multi-disciplinary programs.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Oracle Primavera P6, or equivalent enterprise scheduling tools.
  • Strong understanding of project scheduling principles including critical path analysis, schedule risk management, baseline management, and earned value concepts.
  • Experience supporting defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to analyze complex schedules, identify risks, and communicate recommendations to technical and executive leadership.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting aggressive program deadlines.
