Job Duties And Responsibilities

What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
Lead complex, large-scale business and operational programs from initial vision to successful realization with high autonomy, ensuring alignment with key departmental OKRs
Orchestrate matrixed cross-functional teams, establishing program schedules, milestones, and governance structures to guarantee operational excellence
Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resource constraints through creative, data-driven problem-solving
Drive innovation and process enhancement by integrating AI-powered project management tools to automate status reporting, risk prediction, and dashboard creation
Facilitate smooth organizational change management and transitions resulting from major program rollouts across stakeholder groups
Establish quality assurance standards and track performance against established KPIs to ensure program deliverables consistently meet high benchmarks
Skills, Experience And Requirements
- Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
- Deep strategic and critical thinking capabilities to align complex initiatives with long-term organizational goals and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Critical experience guiding large-scale operational or business programs in fast-paced environments like Telecom or Pay Television Services
- Critical relationship-building and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the business
- Strong collaborative decision-making, team motivation, and navigating organizational change capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in modern project management methodologies and platforms, such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Airtable, or Hive
- AI literacy and application skills to leverage generative AI tools for writing documentation, automating workflows, and optimizing resource planning

- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Program Management Professional (CPPM)
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
- Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Certified Program Manager (CPgM)
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum Experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in cross-functional project or program coordination (preferably in Telecom or Pay Television Services) with a proven history of program success
- Required Technical Skills: Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience with:
- Program and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Airtable, Hive)
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification (Preferred)
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
