About the role

The Lead Professional Engineer will oversee the design, construction, and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities in municipal and industrial settings. This position requires a strong background in civil engineering and a commitment to sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment systems
  • Manage construction projects from planning through completion
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Conduct inspections and evaluations of existing facilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for facility upgrades and expansions

Requirements

  • Professional Engineer license in relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering
  • Strong knowledge of environmental engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with hydraulic modeling software
