Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and support a team of up to 6 employees, ensuring compliance with EPC policies, procedures, and performance expectations.
- Maintain and manage employee records, including weekly timecards, attendance tracking, annual reviews, disciplinary actions, and performance documentation.
- Consistently achieve and exceed daily production targets while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and efficiency.
- Handle IT equipment safely and efficiently, including packing/unpacking, wrapping, sorting, palletizing, loading, and transporting items throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and carts.
- Conduct testing, diagnostics, sorting, and asset tracking to determine the resale eligibility of electronic devices.
- Prepare IT equipment for sale or transfer by cleaning, wiping, and vacuuming, while identifying key components such as PCs, laptops, hard drives, printers, networking devices, and monitors.
- Accurately document all relevant product details, including conditional issues, system logs, inventory records, and data erasure reports within EPC’s Inventory Management Software.
- Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Other duties as assigned by department.
Requirements
- At least 6 months’ experience as an EPC Production Technician and eligibility through the EPC Promotions/Transfer Policy.
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic math skills with the ability to quickly and accurately count IT equipment.
- Familiar and able to efficiently use the Iinvision Inventory Software.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- High School diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of all EPC Processing trainings and certifications.
- Associate degree in information technology or equivalent IT experience.
- A+ Certification.
- Ability to type 50wpm or faster.
