- Ensure effective teammate relations
- Provide teammate coaching and development
- Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas
- Leads departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provides regular progress reports to the Facility Manager
- Leads department priorities
- Tracks absenteeism and timekeeping
- Fulfills standard work methods
- Identify cost/time-saving measures to increase production on the line
Results-driven and time management
Great communication and critical-thinking skills
Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
- A high school qualification or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing would be advantageous
- Knowledge of health and safety laws
- Excellent knowledge of equipment used in the manufacturing process
- Frequent and repetitive bending, lifting, and reaching to install parts of varying size and weight overhead
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and task completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based production environment

Frequently required to walk, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
Ability to repetitively lift, push, and carry 20–35 lbs.
Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
