Lead Product Owner

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Lead Product Owner to shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Convey product vision and roadmap to Agile delivery teams
• Define user stories and prioritize product backlog effectively
• Maximize value generated by the Agile team
• Liaise with stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment
• Serve as the primary contact for information and decision-making in the Agile team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 8+ years in a related field
• At least 2 years in a product, solution, or delivery leadership role
• Experience in product ownership/management, solution management, or relevant SAFe roles

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually
