Lead, Product Manager - Platform Services

Purpose of Role

The Lead Product Manager, Platform Services, owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of core platform capabilities that power Under Armour’s digital commerce ecosystem. This role translates business and customer needs into scalable services, drives cross-team alignment, and delivers measurable improvements across conversion, performance, and operational efficiency. The platform portfolio includes shared commerce services such as APIs, integrations, performance, observability, and foundational capabilities that support our direct-to-consumer digital experience.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in a technical Product Manager or Product Owner role, ideally on a platform, infrastructure, or developer tools team
• Deep understanding of ecommerce architecture such as APIs (REST, GraphQL), headless commerce patterns, CDN/caching, authentication flows
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or comparable enterprise ecommerce platforms
• Experience with platform or service-oriented architecture within digital or ecommerce environments
• Familiarity with SAFe/PI planning or similar scaled agile frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive level narratives and business outcomes
• Proven ability to define product vision and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance long-term platform investments and near-term delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Advanced analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and using data to drive decisions
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.

Base Compensation

$125,000.00-$165,000.00 USD
