About the role

The primary work location for this role is a remote work model.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the success and product life cycle from concept to delivery
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and design teams, to lead and deliver innovative products for customers and drive business growth
  • Define and prioritize product features and functionalities for the different areas of the MoneyGuide platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals and objectives
  • Assess unusual circumstances and use sophisticated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and recommend solutions
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise product requirements
  • Understand technical constraints and trade-offs to make informed product decisions
  • Collaborate with developers to define system architecture
  • Lead client-facing conversations and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on the MoneyGuide platform
  • Develop strong relationships with key clients and partners to understand pain points and opportunities
  • Translate client insights into product enhancements that drive value and differentiation
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Support to define go-to-market strategies and enablement materials for new capabilities
  • Effectively communicate product benefits internally and externally to drive adoption and engagement
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate feature adoption, usage, and success
  • Use analytics, client insights, and market research to iterate and improve product offerings continuously
  • Act as a leader and mentor within the product management team, modeling best practices in stakeholder management, decision-making, and execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 8+ years of experience in product management
  • Motivated self-starter, with an ability to work independently and perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with data analysis and A/B testing
  • Experience working closely with development teams
  • Excellent people skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and highly organized
  • Experience in the financial technology industry
  • Certification in Financial Planning (CFP) or similar credentials related to financial planning
  • Robust knowledge of financial planning topics and solutions

$138,500 to $173,100
