Responsibilities
- Partners with senior leaders to develop and execute product strategy, including product roadmaps, priorities, pricing, budgeting, positioning, and messaging.
- Develop strategies to define product requirements in partnership with the business and work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design etc.) to ensure product vision is well understood and executed.
- Establish and share perspective to conduct market research and analysis on Sales & Marketing related data and products to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive threats.
- Drive strategies to define, track, and report on product metrics to measure success and prepare new strategy as needed.
- Develop strategies to shape and prioritize the product backlog and determine business expertise and understanding of customer needs.
- Plan and lead the product development process, from concept to launch, and guide the team to ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Develop strategies to manage knowledge documentation in support of the product, and provide guidance as needed.
- Lead and communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership, including technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and share strategies to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and provide guidance to the team as needed.
- Plan and lead product performance and customer feedback and guide to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous product innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration, or at least 9 years of experience in the field of technology product management.
- 6+ years of experience in technology product management with experience in launching and managing successful products.
- Extensive knowledge of product development and launch processes, including agile methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of production innovation methodologies and leading practices.
- Proven experience with hardware or software product development.
- Expertise in business processes, including IT, vendor management, and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical solutions into business language.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
