The Finance Transformation Delivery Management Organization (DMO) partners closely with business, finance, and technology leaders to accelerate value delivery by enabling data, analytics, and AI-ready capabilities at scale.

About the Role

The Lead Product Manager is accountable for identifying, shaping, and delivering measurable business value by leveraging enterprise data using AI tools, and advanced analytics. This role collaborates with business and data partners to drive strategy and execution of data-driven use cases—both net-new and incremental—ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and deliver clear outcomes.

This role operates with significant autonomy and influence, leading cross-functional teams across Product, Data, Architecture, Engineering, and Business stakeholders. While this role does not have formal people management responsibilities, it requires strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate business opportunities into actionable, value-producing data and AI initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product strategy and delivery for data- and AI-enabled value use cases, from discovery through execution and value realization.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new AI and analytics use cases, as well as incremental enhancements to existing capabilities, based on business impact, feasibility, and readiness.
  • Translate business problems into clear product outcomes, requirements, and roadmaps that leverage enterprise data and AI tools.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, Finance, and Analytics teams to define success metrics and quantify expected value for prioritized use cases.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Data Platform teams, and Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned to enterprise standards.
  • Drive delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring use cases progress predictably from concept to production.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog of data and AI initiatives, balancing short-term value delivery with long-term capability building.
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, and value realization clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor delivered use cases post-launch to validate outcomes, identify optimization opportunities, and inform future investment decisions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Analytics, Data, or Technology, with a strong focus on delivering business value through data-driven products.
  • Proven experience owning product strategy and execution for complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong ability to identify and articulate business value, including framing problems, defining outcomes, and measuring impact.
  • Experience working with data platforms, analytics, and/or AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across highly matrixed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working through ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to Directors and senior leaders.

Product & Tooling Experience

  • Experience with Agile product delivery methodologies and backlog management.
  • Experience with AI tools and methodologies to drive business value.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Familiarity working alongside data engineers, analytics teams, and platform teams in modern data ecosystems.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, analytics, or a related discipline plus relevant experience, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Pay & Benefits

The hiring range for this position in Orlando, FL is $148,300 to $198,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
