About the role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager for Business Banking. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives, including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and results-oriented analysis for major products and services.
- Review and analyze complex major product lines and services.
- Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity.
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations involving global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact.
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams to resolve issues and achieve project goals.
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff.
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI-powered solutions, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
- Partner across business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and control functions to design scalable solutions.
- Lead product discovery, process optimization, customer journey analysis, and business case development.
- Translate business needs into product requirements, features, user stories, and success metrics.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, automation capabilities, and data-driven solutions.
- Define and monitor KPIs, operational metrics, and customer outcomes to measure product performance and value realization.
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, delivery, testing, implementation, and change management activities.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Influence senior leaders and stakeholders to align priorities, funding, strategy, and execution plans.
- Drive execution of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that deliver sustainable business impact and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
