About The Opportunity
Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy across major initiatives and help build a high-performing product organization.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy across multiple product areas.
- Lead complex product initiatives from discovery through scale.
- Partner with executive leadership on company priorities.
- Build and communicate multi-year product vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market.
- Mentor and develop product managers.
- Establish product processes, metrics, and standards.
- Drive major launches and strategic initiatives.
- Identify new market and product opportunities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Proven leadership across multiple product initiatives.
- Strong strategic and commercial thinking.
- Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication.
- Strong technical fluency.
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve product organizations.

- AI/ML products.
- Developer or infrastructure products.
- Scale-up experience.
- Experience managing or mentoring PM teams.

Pay
$200,000–$350,000 USD
