This role is responsible for building clear product direction and aligning teams around business priorities. What You'll Do Define and communicate a product vision that connects customer needs, product strategy, and inMusic commercial priorities.Lead product planning across multiple products or product lines, from discovery and roadmap definition through launch and post-launch iteration.Build strong partnerships with engineering, design, sound/content, marketing, sales, customer support, and business leadership.Identify opportunities to extend technologies, workflows, content, platforms, or market insights across the broader inMusic portfolio.Lead, mentor, and develop product managers while building a high-accountability product culture. What You Bring Senior product leadership experience in music technology, hardware/software ecosystems, or adjacent technical product areas.Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into roadmaps and executable product plans.Strong commercial judgment and comfort making prioritization decisions under ambiguity.Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.Customer-first mindset with strong market, competitive, and data analysis capability.Ability to operate globally and build scalable ways of working across teams and brands.
