Lead Product Manager

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Guide the development and evolution of products to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain product vision, business plans, go-to-market strategy, and value proposition. Partner with UX, marketing research, client solutions, and business stakeholders to gather feedback. Document requirements and manage feature development in alignment with agile methodologies. Analyze product performance and drive continuous improvements. Focus on new, innovative solutions leveraging emerging technologies like AI and ML. What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination). Deep understanding of business, product performance, and industry principles. Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology. Proven experience with product planning, lifecycle methodologies, research, analysis, KPIs, and analytics. Experience with Inventory Management Solutions is strongly preferred. Automotive industry experience with a focus on dealer software is preferred. What's On Offer Competitive base salary within the range of $111,500.00 - $185,900.00.
