We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only sections with real specific content. The posting includes Position Overview (maybe About the role), What You'll Do (Responsibilities), What You Bring (Requirements/Qualifications/Skills), What We Offer You (Benefits, Pay). Also pay range given. No schedule info. So we should have sections: About the role (maybe from Position Overview), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What You Bring), Benefits (What We Offer You), Pay (pay range). Possibly also Qualifications but we can combine Requirements. Use

for each heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, scam warnings, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "The use of Artificial Intelligence is not being used to screen candidates." etc. Also remove "Please note that Zynga is unable to provide visa sponsorship..." etc. Also remove "We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Please contact us at accommodationrequest@zynga.com..." etc. Also remove "Please be aware that Zynga does not conduct job interviews..." etc. Also remove "The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,300 and $168,300 CAD per Year." That's pay info, we keep. Also "However, base pay offered is based on market location..." we can keep as part of pay description. Also "Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program." That's benefits. Also list of benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance; 14 paid holidays; paid vacation time; up to 10 paid sick days; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; reimbursements for fitness-related expenses. We'll include those as list. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like "Drive day-to-day execution of the AI platform roadmap in close partnership with engineering - from spec through release and post-launch iteration." etc. We'll convert each bullet into

  • . We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We'll produce HTML fragment. Structure:

    About the role

    Position Overview ...

But the Position Overview paragraph includes multiple sentences. We'll keep as

    . Then

    Responsibilities

    • Drive day-to-day execution...
    • Build and run the intake and triage process...
    • ... etc. Then

      Requirements

      • 6+ years of end-to-end PM experience...
      • Deep technical fluency & engineering partnership...
      • ... etc. We could also have

        Skills

but we can combine. But the instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can choose which to include. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe also Qualifications), Benefits, Pay. We could split Requirements into Requirements and Skills but not necessary. Better to have Requirements and maybe Skills separate if we can extract skills from What You Bring: includes technical fluency, AI/ML expertise, operational rigor, data-driven decision making, exceptional communication, high agency in ambiguity, Bachelor's degree, Agile-fluent. Those could be skills. But we can keep as Requirements. We'll include Benefits and Pay. We must not include Schedule as no info. Now ensure we remove boilerplate: The long paragraph about Zynga at start is part of About the role? It's introductory fluff but it's substantive about company. We can include in About the role paragraph. We must not include "Founded in 2007 and headquartered in California..." etc. That's part of About the role? It's company overview. We'll keep. Now produce HTML. Let's draft:

Position Overview We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to run execution on Zynga's internal AI operating platform - the system through which teams across the company access, govern, and act on AI capabilities. This role owns the operational backbone that turns AI requests into shipped capabilities: intake, triage, research, execution with engineering, and measurement of impact. You'll partner directly with engineering to drive delivery across a platform spanning several interconnected surfaces (chat, knowledge bases, connectors/MCPs, workflows, and documents). This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who's energized by running a tight operational loop - turning incoming requests into scoped work, keeping engineering unblocked, and holding the team accountable to outcomes with data. You'll work within a roadmap and priorities set by product leadership, and focus on making sure the right things get built, on time, and that you can prove they're working.

But note we have duplicated "Position Overview" sentence; we can keep as part of paragraph. Now Responsibilities:

        Responsibilities

        • Drive day-to-day execution of the AI platform roadmap in close partnership with engineering - from spec through release and post-launch iteration.
        • Build and run the intake and triage process for incoming requests (studio needs, feature ideas, bugs, integration asks), establishing clear criteria for prioritization and a repeatable operating cadence.
        • Conduct research to support product decisions - technical landscape scans (models, tooling, competitive AI platforms), stakeholder discovery, and feasibility assessments - and turn findings into clear, actionable write-ups.
        • Own the measurement framework for the platform: usage, adoption, and performance metrics, reporting cadence, and the mechanisms to catch regressions or gaps early.
        • Write clear, detailed, and technically grounded specs and requirements for complex, cross-surface features; make day-to-day tradeoff calls when priorities, timelines, or scope conflict.
        • Act as the primary product point of contact for engineering on your area, unblocking the team and escalating the right issues to leadership.
        • Coordinate with design, other product leads, and studio stakeholders to keep execution aligned with agreed priorities.
        • Stay current on the technical AI landscape (models, agent frameworks, emerging tools) as it relates to features already in flight or under evaluation.
        • Be a role model for AI-first ways of working: actively look for pieces of your own product work - intake, triage, research, reporting - that can be moved into agentic workflows rather than done by hand, and set the example for how the rest of the team should operate.
        • Contribute to team operating practices - documentation standards, spec quality, reporting rigor - that keep execution consistent as the platform grows.
Now Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll use Requirements.

        Requirements

        • 6+ years of end-to-end PM experience, leading complex, technical, multi-team product areas from strategy through delivery.
        • Deep technical fluency & engineering partnership: Able to navigate specs, APIs, and system constraints to make credible tradeoffs and earn team trust.
        • AI/ML expertise: Hands-on experience with AI-powered products (LLMs, agents, RAG, automation) and using AI tools to streamline internal workflows.
        • Strong operational rigor: Track record of designing structured intake/triage processes, managing competing priorities, and driving multi-workstream execution.
        • Data-driven decision making: Proficient in defining metrics, analyzing data (SQL/dashboards), and using evidence to prioritize and measure impact.
        • Exceptional communication: Proven ability to write clear specs and translate complex technical execution for both engineering and senior leadership.
        • High agency in ambiguity: A self-starter who thrives in undefined environments, takes ownership, and shapes process rather than waiting for direction.
        • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (advanced degree a plus). Agile-fluent.
        Now Benefits:

        Benefits

        • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage
        • 14 paid holidays per calendar year
        • Paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program
        • Up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year
        • Paid parental and compassionate leave
        • Wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support
        • Family planning support through Maven
        • Commuter benefits
        • Reimbursements for fitness-related expenses
        • Bonus and/or equity awards eligibility
        • Eligibility to participate in the 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program
        Now Pay:

        Pay

The pay range for this position in Ontario at the start of employment is expected to be between $118,300 and $168,300 CAD per year. Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.

We should not include the sentence about total compensation package including bonus/equity etc because we already covered in Benefits. But we could keep it in Pay? Actually it's part of total compensation. We already listed bonus/equity in Benefits. So we can omit duplicate. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, visa sponsorship, accommodation request, scam warnings, etc. We removed those. Check for any leftover lines: The original text had "The use of Artificial Intelligence is not being used to screen candidates." etc. We removed. Also "Please note that Zynga is unable to provide visa sponsorship or assistance for this position." removed. Also "All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship." removed. Also "We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." removed. Also "As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to providing the necessary support..." removed. Also "Please contact us at accommodationrequest@zynga.com..." removed. Also "Please be aware that Zynga
