Lead Product Manager, AI Development Experience

About the role
Live Nation Core Data Services is looking for a world-class Lead AI Developer Experience Product Manager to architect and build the foundational AI tooling and platform enabling teams across the organization to create, deploy, and manage AI agents, workflows, applications, and automations. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, developer tooling, productivity tools, and generative AI, focused on democratizing AI capabilities for both technical and non-technical users. You will work globally across time zones and require enterprise cross-functional team experience with hands-on expertise in generative AI tooling.
You will prioritize and design the APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, and workflows that make it effortless for teams to leverage AI capabilities while ensuring production-grade reliability, observability, and security. You will also coach teams as they implement AI-augmented processes in their daily work and launch macro-scale initiatives to drive AI adoption across the organization, always focused on data-driven product development. This is a critical, highly visible role on an entrepreneurial team with the resources and customer base of the world’s leading live entertainment company.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and pain points in process, tooling, and workflows to solve with AI capabilities in APIs, SDKs, CLI tools, or new AI-driven services.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into platform and process capabilities.
- Coach and lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI-augmented processes and workflows in their daily operations.
- Create documentation, best practices, and enablement materials that accelerate AI adoption and reduce time-to-value.
- Monitor performance and measure impact (adoption, production issues, etc.) of product enhancements/releases to drive clarity on product iteration.
- Work with external third-party vendors to assess new partnership opportunities and/or evaluate existing solutions.
- Work with engineers and program managers daily to set priorities and drive the roadmap.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a technical product manager, ideally with an engineering background.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tooling including LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks, and AI orchestration platforms.
- Strong technical savvy; ability to work and communicate effectively with analysts and engineers.
- Experience connecting directly to data sources and writing your own SQL queries; Python, Spark, or Databricks experience is a plus.
- Expertise in documenting requirements that translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Technical coaching and enablement skills with the ability to teach and guide teams through complex technology adoption.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable juggling multiple concurrent projects and setting priorities among competing stakeholders.
- Data-driven decision-making experience using metrics and analytics to inform platform and product development.
- Experience with JIRA, agile user story, and acceptance criteria writing.
- Willingness to work with cross-functional teams across time zones and odd hours as necessary.
- Passion for live music and events is a plus.
- Versatility to work across disciplines and unlock capabilities needed to make products successful; no job is too big or too small.
