About the role

As a Lead Product Manager for Agentic AI Platform, you will lead the AI Agent Platform and AI Agent evaluation within the Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform—making it smarter, more relevant, and agreement-centric. This role is focused on unlocking the power of AI agents by building a next-generation, agentic fabric and AI agent evaluation experience that helps customers accelerate agreement lifecycle.

Docusign’s Agentic AI platform powers next-generation experiences like Iris chat (conversational AI), enabling multi-step autonomous workflows through agent orchestration, AI agents, and tools. As we shift from deterministic systems to probabilistic, multi-step agents, success depends not just on building agentic systems—but on proving their quality, safety, and performance. You will define and own the Agent Platform and AI agents evaluation to measure, benchmark, and improve agentic systems across Docusign.

Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Applied AI, Design, and GTM teams, you will define how Docusign measures and continuously improves the agentic AI systems across the Intelligent Agreement Management platform.
