Lead Product Enablement Instructor - Partner Enablement

Responsibilities

• Design and create diverse training materials including live sessions and e-learnings
• Develop learning objectives that align training content with business goals
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training content to audience expertise
• Lead and coordinate logistics for live training sessions independently
• Act as the primary training instructor while supporting other topics as needed
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the company platform to deliver effective training
• Engage actively in team meetings and ensure alignment with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in group instruction or technical training roles
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
• Experience as a group training instructor, especially with software implementation partners is ideal
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and tools like Skilljar, Zoom, and Articulate

$93,000 – $149,000 annually
