For our client, we are seeking a Lead Product Designer Systems to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Define and evolve core interaction patterns and design principles for product consistency Identify and translate fragmentation into scalable designs across teams Embed with product teams to address design challenges and enhance execution quality Collaborate with research teams to base systems on real user needs Create flows and prototypes to simplify complex product experiences Partner with engineering and content teams to ensure design systems are effectively adopted Connect individual product experiences into a cohesive design framework Qualifications 5-7 years experience in product/systems/platform design for complex consumer products Deep expertise in interaction design and scalable design frameworks Proven ability to identify reusable design patterns across multiple products Strong visual design skills with a showcased portfolio of systems thinking Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers on shared design solutions Skilled communicator adept at aligning diverse teams around design principles Ability to thrive in ambiguous, multi-team environments Benefits Collaborative workplace environment promoting teamwork Competitive compensation package including bonuses and equity Opportunities to influence and lead design direction across teams Meaningful work contributing to customer’s stories and connections Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
