Lead Product Designer, Systems

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve core interaction patterns and design principles for product consistency
• Identify and translate fragmentation into scalable designs across teams
• Embed with product teams to address design challenges and enhance execution quality
• Collaborate with research teams to base systems on real user needs
• Create flows and prototypes to simplify complex product experiences
• Partner with engineering and content teams to ensure design systems are effectively adopted
• Connect individual product experiences into a cohesive design framework

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience in product/systems/platform design for complex consumer products
• Deep expertise in interaction design and scalable design frameworks
• Proven ability to identify reusable design patterns across multiple products
• Strong visual design skills with a showcased portfolio of systems thinking
• Experience collaborating with product managers and engineers on shared design solutions
• Skilled communicator adept at aligning diverse teams around design principles
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, multi-team environments
