Lead Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own design outcomes end-to-end from problem definition to delivery
• Partner with product teams to shape problems and deliver outcomes
• Lead Product Discovery through user research and workflow observation
• Translate complex operational data into usable interfaces
• Prototype and validate design ideas prior to engineering commitment
• Manage your design workflow with precision and clarity
• Contribute to the Experience Design practice through critiques and design systems

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Proven ability to drive design as an individual contributor within cross-functional teams
• Experience with operational or technical domains such as B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Strong discovery skills, translating research into design improvements
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping and developer handoff
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
