Lead Product Designer

About the role

Lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. Partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. Strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own design processes for new products and enhancements from discovery to launch
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape strategic execution directions
• Translate business and customer needs into clear and usable product experiences
• Balance user needs with technical and regulatory considerations to deliver optimal solutions
• Present design decisions using research insights and data to influence high-level strategies
• Contribute to evolving the design system to ensure consistency and quality at scale
• Drive a culture of high design quality through feedback and collaboration

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital product design, particularly in B2B enterprise software
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to anticipate edge cases and design for scalability
• Expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design with a high standard for quality
• Proven leadership in ambiguous, business-critical design initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills for influencing decisions and aligning cross-functional teams
• Experience with data-driven and machine learning product design, along with curiosity in AI
• Collaborative and proactive mindset, focusing on ownership and team improvement
