About the role
Strategic Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team on high-stakes projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management and a proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that align with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Ensure adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain open communication channels
- Identify and mitigate risks proactively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in project management
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
- Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of industry-specific project management methodologies
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
Skills
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with predictive and adaptive project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
