About the Role

Partners with senior management and stakeholders to align priorities and goals using technical know-how in a fundamental engineering area or technical domain. Establishes scope and milestones for each aspect of a technical program, aligning to the broader program plan and company strategies and goals, managing efforts between cross-functional teams to deliver programs or services. Shapes and leads technical programs and highly complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products and business. Drives the management of and responses to issues, bottlenecks, and risks, serving as a point of escalation for all issues. Shapes program improvement strategies, leveraging best practices to drive transformational change and optimize processes across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages technical knowledge to identify risks, manage scope, estimate program timelines, request feasibility, testing requirements, and determine appropriate resources.
  • Designs and shapes the strategy for product or service delivery, ensuring alignment with third party, security, export, and accessibility compliance requirements.
  • Integrates program demands and resourcing.

Skills

  • Program Management: Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of program management, including leading or supporting the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Service Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of service delivery management, including coordinating successful execution of customer engagements and maintaining high service standards.
  • Automation: Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of automation, including designing, implementing, and managing automated tools, processes, or systems to streamline operations.
  • Data Integration: Demonstrated ability in or knowledge of data integration, including specifying and using services to load and manage data from various sources.
  • Infrastructure System Software: Demonstrated ability to deploy and administer infrastructure software solutions for operational excellence.

Pay

Hiring range in USD from $116,600 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
