We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that promote early childhood education concepts.
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or varying abilities.
- Engage children in play-based learning activities that encourage exploration and creativity.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's growth, behavior, and educational milestones.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Requirements
- A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
- Experience in caregiving or childcare settings, particularly in preschool or daycare environments.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to educate young children through engaging lesson plans and activities.
- Familiarity with infant care practices is beneficial for working with younger age groups.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred but can be obtained upon hiring.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
