Lead Pool Cafe
What You’ll Do
- Open and close the pool café, ensuring all procedures are followed
- Prep food items and ingredients needed for daily service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the café
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are consistently met
- Oversee and support pool café team members during service
- Maintain high service standards for members and guests
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to leadership
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage Director and Executive Chef
- Aid with daily setup, service execution, and breakdown
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great service
