Let's redefine what's possible in AEC. Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Planning Engineer for a large-scale engineering and construction project in the pharmaceutical sector. This role focuses on developing and overseeing project schedules, managing planning activities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project deliverables Responsibilities The Lead Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules for a large-scale engineering and construction project in the pharmaceutical sector. Responsibilities include: Develop and Maintain Project Schedules: Create and manage comprehensive project schedules that incorporate engineering, construction, and regulatory compliance requirementsCollaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with quality assurance, engineering, and operational teams to ensure alignment of planning efforts with overall project goalsMonitor Progress: Track project progress and planning activities to identify potential delays or risks and implement corrective actions as neededPrepare Reports and Updates: Create and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency in planning activitiesUtilise Project Management Tools: Use project management software to track progress, analyse data, and ensure efficient execution of planning activitiesContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and implement best practices for effective scheduling Required Skills/Experience The ideal candidate for the Lead Planning Engineer position will have a strong background in engineering and construction, with specific experience in project planning within the pharmaceutical sector. Key qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
