Job Summary
The Lead Placement Specialist will supervise the Placement team and lead the delivery of culturally grounded placement, caregiver support, and youth support services in accordance with Tulalip Tribal Code, departmental policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and applicable grant and contract requirements, including the DCYF Caregiver Support Agreement.

Compensation
- $33.27 per hour
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) preferred.
- Minimum Related Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience working in child welfare, placement, caregiver support, foster care, family support, or related field. Two (2) years of computer experience utilizing Microsoft Office programs. One (1) year of experience with supervisory responsibilities, developing and building teams. Experience using a case management or document management systems such as Hemaiya.
- Skills: Testing required - Written Exercise. Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites: WA State Driver License (Personal Auto Insurance), Must adhere to the Motor Vehicle Regulations (Abstract Required), CPR/First Aid Certificate, Mandated Reporter Training.
- Terms of Employment: This is a contracted position. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
