What You’ll Do As a Lead Technician, you’ll be the face of our company in the field. This role gives you ownership of your route, your customers, and your day. You will: Run your assigned service route with confidence and efficiencyTrain new hires and teach them basic protocolsDeliver high-quality mosquito and pest treatments that keep homes protectedBuild strong customer relationships through dependable service and clear communicationKeep detailed service records and follow established treatment protocolsMaintain your equipment and vehicle to company standardsIdentify opportunities to educate customers on additional servicesProblem-solve on the fly like the seasoned pro you're becoming Who Thrives Here?
