Lead Person Fabrication (Round Chain)

About the Role

The Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team or department. This role involves managing workflow, ensuring quality and efficiency, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining adherence to safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the safety culture and production of the department
• Ensure team members follow the production schedule
• Effective communication with team members and manager

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet, or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience/knowledge of a manufacturing environment
• Previous knife experience in a manufacturing environment
