Responsibilities

• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), support mobility and comfort, check vital signs, collect specimens, prepare for procedures, and monitor telemetry as needed.
• Document patient care accurately and communicate important updates to the nursing team to ensure coordinated, timely care.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment by following infection prevention practices, setting up and caring for equipment, and ensuring needed supplies are ready.
• Respond to patient needs through regular rounding and compassionate communication to promote comfort and trust.
• Train new team members and share updates on policies and quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date).
• 3 years of experience in a related role.
