Lead Patient Care Coordinator - Primary Care
This role blends coaching and operational leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and connection to our culture. Serving as a subject-matter expert and frontline mentor, the Lead Patient Care Coordinator partners closely with clinic leaders and educators to reinforce best practices and bridge training from the classroom to real-world clinic operations.
Responsibilities
- Shape the first impression and long-term success of new caregivers through coaching and operational leadership.
- Deliver a high-quality onboarding experience that accelerates confidence, competence, and cultural connection.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and frontline mentor for new caregivers.
- Partner with clinic leaders and educators to reinforce best practices and bridge training to real-world clinic operations.
- Participate in 2 champion roles or 1 champion role and a committee or council.
Requirements
- 5 years of directly related experience in a medical office OR 3 years' experience as a Providence employee in a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) position, preferably at the senior-level.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30.71 - $47.00 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
Schedule
Full time, Day shift.
