Lead, Part Time - La Centerra
About the role
You will support the store leadership team by performing functional tasks as assigned. You will act as a role model to employees to support selling behaviors and the execution of tasks in specific areas of expertise. You will focus on leading processes, executing tasks, and maintaining productivity to ensure goals are met. Through collaboration with your leadership team, your goal is to role model and teach your team and drive behaviors to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our loyalty programs.
- Become an expert of the brand's selling behaviors by role modeling these behaviors with every customer who walks through our doors and allowing us to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Support sales leader during (non-peak) hours, with the customer as the primary focus.
- Collaborate effectively with employees and ensure work tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build and share expertise in the product lifecycle.
- Ensure all compliance standards are met.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the brand's products and services.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
