Lead Painter - Davis County

Responsibilities

• Support the foreman in executing the daily plan and maintaining job site standards
• Take the lead on specific painting tasks and provide guidance to less experienced painters
• Ensure all work meets Midway Painting Company’s quality and safety standards
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and assist with equipment setup and cleanup
• Communicate clearly with the team to stay on schedule and adapt to project needs
• Help maintain painting tools, materials, and proper usage on site

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional painting experience, including experience guiding or mentoring others
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship
• Solid knowledge of surface preparation, painting techniques, and coatings
• Able to work well with a crew and take direction from the foreman
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
