Responsibilities

Your objective is to master our sales process within a remarkable six month timeframe—an achievement typically requiring up to a year. Yet, you are more than just a sales professional; you are a trailblazer prepared to challenge conventions and redefine the benchmarks of achievement in the supplemental insurance industry.

Requirements

  • Cultivate and expand your market presence
  • Transition to a mentor role, sharing your strategies for success with new team members
  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
  • Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
  • Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
