We're a growing professional organizing business in the St. Louis area looking for an experienced, reliable, and hands-on individual to join our team. As our Lead Organizer, you'll independently manage organizing, packing, unpacking, and move management projects while serving as a trusted representative of HOME Allies. You'll bring professional experience and practical expertise to client projects, helping ensure services are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with our client experience standards. This position is focused on leading projects and providing expert level organizing and move-management services. It is not a supervisory or personnel/management role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, active work, has a strong eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in helping transform cluttered spaces into organized, peaceful environments. The ideal candidate is a confident problem-solver who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients, and manage projects with minimal oversight. You'll be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team that values kindness, professionalism, and creativity.
